Abstract
Przedstawiono korporacje międzynarodowe, w szczególności ich dominację w systemie gospodarczym. Bazując na teorii kosztów transakcyjnych ukazano, że istnienie transnarodowych korporacji jest uzasadnione poprzez ich niższe koszty transakcyjne w porównaniu do mechanizmów rynkowych.

In this article, the author presents the problem of multinational corporations and their dominance in economic system. Based on the theory of transaction costs, the author shows that in the expanded Arrow-Debreu world, the existence of multinational corporations is justified since they lower transaction costs compared to market mechanisms.
