Abstract
Teorie efektywnego rynku można zastosować do pomiaru wielkości ekonomicznych w jednostkach gospodarczych, na które duży wpływ ma proces integracji regionalnej i globalnej. W pracy przedstawiono badania w zakresie efektywnego rynku w naukach ekonomicznych, oraz omówiono modele CAPM (model wyceny aktywów finansowych) i APT (teoria wyceny arbitrażowej).

Investing in an effective stock market may only achieve a standard rate of return, which is a function of the risk associated with these investments. Further, it may occur that thousands of appropriately remunerated and intelligent people participating in share transactions on the market are constantly seeking information enabling them invest capital at greater than average rates of return. Naturally, extremely important here is broad access to all kinds of information. Legal regulations, broad and applied knowledge of economics, accounting, finance and other economic disciplines, facilitating market trading through organised exchanges, economic integration and economic globalisation are factors determining the overall effectiveness of markets. The theory of effective markets is applicable in analysing trade in both non-financial and financial assets. (original abstract)
