Abstract
Metoda Earned Value stosowana od ponad trzydziestu lat w Stanach Zjednoczonych jest przydatna w kontroli przedsięwzięć inwestycyjnych. Może być wykorzystywana jako źródło sygnałów w systemie wczesnego ostrzegania o niebezpieczeństwie wystąpienia odchyleń od planów. W artykule przedstawiono procedurę stosowania metody Earned Value w odniesieniu do systemu jakości, oraz w monitorningu wdrożeń systemów jakości.

Practice has shown that while a large proportion of quality systems implemented in conformance with ISO 9000 standards result in the award of a certificate, the cost and time assumptions set at the beginning of the project are often significantly exceeded. This problem applies mostly to large enterprises and more rarely occurs in small and medium enterprises. Few among these firms apply tools to monitor work progress or tools for the early detection of problems. In the article, the author proposes using the Earned Value method, applied for years to monitor investment projects, to control the implementation of quality systems with respect to meeting cost and time targets.
