- Referat poświęcony jest omówieniu problemu wdrażania nowoczesnych form organizacji oraz jednoczesnego rozwijania postaw przywódczych i przedsiębiorczych wśród kadry kierowniczej jednostek biznesowych wchodzących w skład organizacji-sieci. Problem niedostatecznej autonomii poszczególnych jednostek biznesowych może być eliminowany pod warunkiem jasnego zdefiniowania wskazanych w referacie ról, jakie może pełnić centrala firmy. The paper discusses the issue of developing modern, advanced organizational structures and new managerial skills simultaneously. The adaptive network enterprise, which management system should be value-aware makes it difficult for business units' managers to develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills. The problem might be solved by clear definition of the roles of the corporate center and separation of the people responsible for minimum corporate parenting, value added parenting and offering shared services.
