Organizational, legal and ownership transformation in the public utility industry have been discussed. The author also pointed out basic goals of owner supervision over the companies with local self-government units involvement as well as the role played by supervisory board after the act from the year of 2003 on the public utility industry coming into force.(AŁ) - Accessibility
