- Artykuł poświęcono analizie obciążeń finansowych przedsiębiorstw w kontekście ich rozwoju. Spośród obciążeń podatkowych prześledzono podatki dochodowe od osób prawnych i fizycznych oraz inne formy opodatkowania działalności gospodarczej, takie jak karta podatkowa lub podatki pośrednie. Niepodatkowe instrumenty to składki na ubezpieczenie społeczne i inne pochodne od kosztów wynagrodzeń. Zwrócono uwagę na konieczność wprowadzenia stabilnych rozwiązań o charakterze podatkowym i niepodatkowym. Wskazano m.in. na konieczność obniżenia stawek podatkowych, likwidację ulg uznaniowych i obniżki stawek procentowych na różne fundusze centralne. Alternatywą obniżki stawek w podatkach dochodowych od przedsiębiorstw mogą być ulgi inwestycyjne.
The subject of that article is connected to the problem of financial charges of companies and its development. It also shows corporate and personal income tax and other forms of taxation such as tax card or indirect tax. Non-tax instruments such as social security contribution and another connected to remuneration costs are also pointed out in that article. The author puts the stress on necessity of tax rate lowering, liquidation of allowances and reduction of tax rate for different central fund. An investment allowances can be an alternative for rate reduction in company income tax. (A.Ł.) - Accessibility
