- W artykule przedstawiono historycznie ukształtowany wizerunek teatrów obejmujący okres do 1989 roku, pełniący funkcję tła dla analizy działalności tych instytucji w późniejszych latach, która zostanie przedstawiona w następnym numerze Zeszytów. Omówiono zarys historii oraz analizę historycznego wizerunku następujących teatrów krakowskich: Stary Teatr, Teatr im. J. Słowackiego, Teatr "Bagatela", Teatr "Groteska".
The article deals with the historical image of some theatres in Kraków. It also discusses the role of tradition and of the so-called "inherited" image in creating the modern image of these institutions of culture. The text is a fragment of a doctoral dissertation.
