- W artykule omówiono działania Gminy w zakresie rozwoju i promocji kultury Krakowa w latach 1993-1999.
The article is an attempt to present the cultural policy of the Gmina of the City of Kraków. It also outlines the history of its foundation. In the years 1993-1999 the authorities of the City of Kraków together with artistic and academic circles created a new cultural policy. Introducing modern management techniques in the field of culture needed both courage and expertise. The first part of this report was published in the previous volume of Zeszyty Naukowe.
