- Autor zwraca uwagę na konieczność zmiany sposobu zarządzania kadrami, warunkujące odpowiedni rozwój przedsiębiorstwa, gdyż umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów społecznych i kadrowych jest równie ważna jak jego zdolność opanowania problemów technicznych czy finansowych.
The development of enterprise hinges on adequate strategic development plan and further on creating of appropriate conditions to realize it. Former requires first of all, using all intelectual potential of firm. The latter, in turn, involvement and integration of whole firm staff. In this light, human resources management has decisive influence on enterprise development. This problem is still underestimated in Poland, particularly during a period of transformation from the central planned economy to market oriented. (original abstract) - Accessibility
