The basic feature of non-profit organizations are presented in this article. The main aim of the non-profit organizations is not to reach profit but to provide socially important services for people. It is proved that marketing concepts and tools can be used successfully in non-profit organizations, similarly to profit organizations. (original abstract) - Accessibility
