- Autor analizuje bariery rozwoju przemysłu, szczególny nacisk kładąc na niedorozwój infrastruktury transportowej (sieci drogowe, kolejowe, porty itp.), a także łączności (sieć telefoniczna, faxowa, telefaxowa Komertel, sieć komputerowa).
The article contains the short analysis of transportation and telecommunication infrastructure in Poland. The presentation proves the hypothesis that the infrastructure is one of a basic obstacles in development and restructuralization of Polish industry. In order to solve this problem it is necessary to expand investments which will be possible only by financial support from external sources. (original abstract) - Accessibility
