Hungary - Abstract
- Przedstawiony został proces odtwarzania prywatnej własności ziemi na Węgrzech. Przyjęta procedura odszkodowawcza w postaci zwrotu ziemi byłym właścicielom, prywatyzacja ziemi w formie przetargów, propagowana polityka rolna oraz tradycja gospodarowania w formie dużych przedsiębiorstw rolnych doprowadziły do dualizmu struktury agrarnej, gdzie na jednym biegunie funkcjonuje znaczna liczba dużych przedsiębiorstw i spółdzielni rolniczych, z drugiej zaś strony powstała rzesza gospodarstw karłowatych.
The paper describes the process of land ownership restoration in Hungary after 1990. Restoration methods included the return of agricultural land to former owners and the privatization of land through sales at auctions. Agricultural policy and the tradition of large scale farming led to a polarized farm structure characterized by a sizable number of large farms and a great number of dwarf-size farms. However, many small land owners chose to lease their land to large entities. (original abstract) - Accessibility
