- Rachunki pracy to logiczny system mający na celu: uzyskanie wewnętrznej spójności dla kluczowych zmiennych rynku pracy i ich właściwą dystrybucję w populacji, osiągnięcie zdolności do odzwierciedlenia zmian na rynku pracy oraz badanie powiązań tego rynku z pozostałymi segmentami gospodarki. Wdrożenie zasad rachunków pracy w zintegrowanym systemie statystyki pracy przedstawiono jako przykład zarządzania procesami statystycznymi zgodnego z zasadami TQM
The article presents the analyse of labour accounts as one of the TQM elements concerning the improvement of statistical processes management. The definition, objectives and tasks of labour accounts were defined. The graphic illustration of labour accounts was given with special focus on three main variables: employee, place of work, working time. Moreover, the relation between labour accounts and the ESS quality components was also analysed. The article also presented the strategy how to implement the elements of labour accounts in national statistics according to the directions of the development defined by the ESS and principles of the TQM. - Accessibility
