- Dzierżawa stanowi dominującą formę zagospodarowania mienia z Zasobu Własności Rolnej Skarbu Państwa. Przedstawiono wybrane zagadnienia dotyczące dzierżawy nieruchomości od Agencji Nieruchomości Rolnych, tj. przedłużenie czasu trwania umowy dzierżawy oraz zagadnienia obniżenia, rozłożenia na raty, przesunięcia płatności i umorzenia czynszu dzierżawnego. The lease is the dominant form of management property from the Stock of the Agricultural Property of the State Treasury. The article presents some issues regarding lease from the Agricultural Property Agency, i.e. extending the length of the lease contract and reducing, division into installments, writing off of the leasehold rent.
