- Tematem artykułu są przekształcenia własnościowe w rolnictwie zapoczątkowane w Niemczech Wschodnich a obecnie realizowane w sposób ciągły w Nowych Krajach Związkowych Niemiec (NKZ). Omówiono zmiany w rozwiązaniach instytucjonalnych, kierunki i stan przekształceń w rolnictwie oraz efekty ekonomiczne nowo powstałych przedsiębiorstw w zależności od formy prawnej w Nowych Krajach Związkowych Niemiec.
In the paper the legal basis and direction of property transformation in agriculture in New German Lands in years 1992-2003 are discussed. Until the year 1994 institution responsible for property transformation was the Trust Office (Treuhandanstalt), then the limited company (BVVG) was founded for this purpose. As a result of property transformation the following legal forms of enterprises has been established: family farms, personal companies, limited companies and co-operatives. Share of family farms and personal companies has increased from 27% (1992) up to 47,7% (2003), while the share of legal persons decreased from 72% (1992) down to 52,6% (2003).
