Abstract
W artykule omówiono zmiany jakie zaszły w korporacyjnych systemach zarządzania. Za podstawę rozważań przyjęto definicję, według której system zarządzania to całokształt wartości i celów, regulacji i struktur oraz metod i praktyk zarządzania, a także relacji między nimi, warunkujących proces zarządzania organizacją.

The paper discusses changes which occurs nowadays in corporate management systems. The discussion is based on observations concerning corporate business units operating in our region as well as on some conclusions from pilot research on corporate management systems. Issues described in the paper are based on assumptions that inconsistency of managerial objectives between different levels of management system causes stumbling blocks to entrepreneurship behaviors of managers, which makes impossible for the corporate system to go across crisis of beaurocracy as defined by Greiner.
