Abstract
W ciągu ostatnich 30 lat tajwański przemysł włókienniczy ewoluował od tradycyjnych zakładów włókienniczych do globalnego systemu łączącego produkcję z marketingiem. W tym przemyśle, wymiana informacji i współpraca w zarządzaniu są decydującymi elementami w łańcuchu zaopatrzenia, szczególnie dla partnerów na całym świecie. W artykule przedstawiono projekt zarządzania informacją w ramach platformy umożliwiającej automatyczną wymianę, danych. Przedstawiono także studium przypadku. Okazuje się, że ta propozycja może znacząco usprawnić wyniki przemysłu włókienniczego w globalnej sieci dostaw.

Taiwan's textile enterprises have evolved from traditional local production mills into global textile industry supply chain, that integrates marketing and production during the past 30 years. In the globalization and the network tendency as well as the WTO effect, the information technology will be the enterprise's main key of success. Information exchange and collaboration management are very important in the supply chain, especially the partners situated all over the world. In this article, an information management design of data automatic exchange platform for collaboration management is described. Based on this design, a case study is also discussed. The results indicate that it can effectively improve the textile enterprise performance in the global supply chain collaboration management.
