- Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na nieuchronność postępu cywilizacyjnego, który polega na zinformatyzowaniu wszelkich aspektów ludzkiej działalności oraz na konsekwencje wynikające z tego procesu. Autor zwraca uwagę na konieczność głębokich przeobrażeń w trzech aspektach: 1)powszechności dostępu do informacji, 2)wiedzy, czyli umiejętności i świadomości technologicznej, 3)bezpieczeństwa systemów teleinformatycznych.
The main objective of the article is to point out to both thr inevitability of civilization progress meaning that it will actual affect all aspects of human activity, and to subsequent outcome of the process. The author has underlined the necessity of in-depth transformation in three areas, namely: 1) universal access to information, 2) knowledge i.e. skills and technological awareness, 3) safety of tele-information systems.
