- Abstract
- Autorzy podejmują się próby przedstawienia modelu menedżera, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem czynników osobowościowych, determinujących osiąganie sukcesów. Powołując się na literaturę przedmiotu wymieniono sześć najważniejszych elementów skutecznego działania menedżerskiego: asertywność, motywacja, twórczość, krytycyzm, tzw. wektor-ekstrawersja oraz brak zniekształceń patologicznych.
Nowadays a particular professional and social group is being promoted, which more and more frequently determines the fates of many people. This group are the managers of companies, institutions and human resources. These persons need to have the appropriate personality traits. It is difficult, however, to isolate the specific traits of personality which would constitute uniform psychological profile conditioning the success of effective management activity. The outcome of the personality traits is the abilities or activities that have to come to surface during an activity so that it is effective. The success of manager's activity is the resultant of interacting of the personality of an individual, the influences of the neighborhood and the cultural patterns of success.
