- W artykule przedstawiono definicje funduszy inwestycyjnych oraz związane z nimi podmioty. Taki fundusz może być utworzony wyłącznie przez towarzystwo, po uzyskaniu zezwolenia Komisji Papierów Wartościowych i Giełd. Towarzystwo może utworzyć więcej niż jeden fundusz. Fundusz inwestycyjny może być utworzony jako fundusz: otwarty; specjalistycznie otwarty; zamknięty; mieszany. Aktywa funduszy są przechowywane przez bank-powiernik, będący instytucją niezależną od towarzystwa funduszy inwestycyjnych.
The article presents definitions of investment funds and subjects related to them. Such a fund can be created by investment trust only after getting permission from Securities Committee. The investment trust can create more then one fund. Investment fund can be created as open fund, close-end fund and mixed fund. Funds assets are kept by bank as institution not depending on investment trusts. (AŁ) - Accessibility
