- Celem artykułu jest analiza porównawcza rynku ziemi rolniczej w Polsce na tle innych krajów Unii Europejskiej. Analiza wykazała, że rolnictwo polskie charakteryzuje się. znacznym potencjałem ziemi oraz relatywnie niskimi jej cenami i czynszami dzierżawnymi. We wszystkich nowych krajach UE ziemia była znacznie tańsza niż w krajach UE-15. W Polsce dzierżawa nie była popularną formą pozyskiwania gruntów rolnych, gdyż obejmowała tylko 16% ich powierzchni. Dla porównania, w Belgii, Francji, Niemczech i Luksemburgu rolnicy użytkowali w formie dzierżawy od 54 do 68% gruntów. (oryg. streszcz.)
The aim of the article is the comparative analysis of agriculture land market in Poland against a background o/ European Union countries. The analyses showed, that the resources of agricultural land are large and the prices and leasehold rents are low in Poland. In all countries - the new members of EU the agriculture land was considerably cheaper than in EU-15 countries. In Poland the land lease was not popular form of the farms enlargement. Only 16% of agriculture land area was leased. In Belgium, France and Luxembourg the share of leased land in total area was from 54% to 68%. (original abstract) - Accessibility
