- Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie diagnozy aktualnego stanu pomocy społecznej państwa dla bezdomnych oraz wynikających z niej propozycji zmian w tym obszarze polityki społecznej państwa. Podstawą opracowania są badania własne kwestii bezdomności w Polsce, prowadzone przez autora od 1993r. (fragment z tekstu)
The article presents a diagnosis of the present condition of the state's social assistance for the homeless and suggests some changes in this sphere. The diagnostic part contains a description and evaluation of effectiveness of the assistance system for the homeless in Poland which consists of two relatively autonomous sectors: public and non-public. A low effectiveness of this system indicates that it is necessary to work out and implement the overall concept of social policy and reintegration of the homeless. The author presents most important activities which should improve the effectiveness of the system discussed. (original abstract) - Accessibility
