- Artykuł prezentuje wnioski z badań empirycznych, które miały na celu analizę społecznych uwarunkowań prywatyzacji oraz identyfikację obrazu zachowań pracowników odniesieniu do konkretnej prywatyzowanej firmy. Badania opinii pracowników prywatyzowanej firmy pokazały, że prywatyzacja dokonała się bez uwzględnienia społecznych nastrojów oraz identyfikacji lęków i barier wśród pracowników.
The article presents conclusions from empirical studies on social aspects of the privatisation process in the Polish enterprises. The main thesis is that among many complex conditions of privatisation processes a significant role is played by the fact whether those processes are approved by the employees of a given enterprise. Gaining the employees' support and involving them in the process of changes will make it possible to create conditions facilitating internalisation of changes and will decide about the effectiveness of transformation of the whole enterprise.
