- Autor omawia przykład huty im.Tadeusza Sendzimira i jej własny zakładowy system wynagradzania, który po wielu modyfikacjach funkcjonuje jako Zakładowy Układ Zbiorowy Pracy UHT. Kierując się tym przykładem autor prezentuje metodykę budowy systemu wartościowania pracy za pomocą metody profilowej.
The rational management of resources in a company requires working out and implementing a system of wage incentives. In order for such a system to be effective, it should be based on the results of work valuation and a related training schedule. The results should determine the proportions of wage levels received by staff for work of varying levels of difficulty. The author describes a methodology of work valuation based on the profile method, which was implemented in the Sendzimir Steelworks. The profile method is worthy of consideration as it links summary and analytical methods in a particular way,thus allowing for an individual approach to wage issues within a company.
