- Partnerstwo publiczno-prawne (Public Private Partnership - PPP) jest coraz częściej wykorzystywanym instrumentem finansowania inwestycji publicznych w zakresie rozwoju i poprawy jakości infrastruktury oraz usług publicznych. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie najważniejszych szans i zagrożeń związanych z realizacją projektów w ramach PPP, które zostały omówione w kontekście zmian w zakresie działania brytyjskiej administracji publicznej od końca lat 70. Omówiono sposób wykorzystania oraz rozpowszechniania programów PPP w Wielkiej Brytanii oraz zaprezentowano opinie dotyczące efektywności stosowania tego instrumentu w kontekście sfinansowania projektu rozwoju londyńskiego metra.
