- Celem artykułu jest prezentacja najważniejszych norm i kodeksów dotyczących międzynarodowego systemu finansowego. Autor porusza takie problemy jak: tworzenie norm i kodeksów oraz ich zastosowanie, program oceny sektora finansowego, problem nowych form funduszy własnych i ocena rezerw międzynarodowych.
The objective of this paper is presentation of the most important international norms and codes concerning the international financial system and problems caused by their appliance. The object of analysis includes the following problems: creation of norm and codes, attempt at classification, appliance of norm and codes, programme of evaluation of the financial sector, problem of the new norm of own funds, evaluation of international reserves.
