- W opracowaniu zaprezentowano najważniejsze kwestie badane przez agencje ratingowe dotyczące zmian sytuacji gospodarczej w Polsce. Przedstawiono deficję ratingu, opisano światowe agencje ratingowe oraz zaprezentowano polską agencję ratingową CERA S.A.
The paper presents the most important issues examined by rating agencies in relation to evaluation of the economic situation of a country. Firstly, a notion of rating. Then, global rating agencies. There is also presented the Polish rating agency CERA S.A. Basic figures and indicators characterising economy and criteria of evaluation on the situation of a country's economy. There are also presented the most frequent sources of risk. The essential part of the paper is a technical side and methods. There are presented the rules of functioning of rating committees. in the end the whole theoretical and methodological area was applied to the rating of Poland.
