- W artykule dokonano analizy preferencji konsumentów na przykładzie zup w proszku i tzw. mokrych.
This paper presents results of researches related to consumer preferences on the market of dinner concentrates. It was showed, among the other, on growing popularity of products need a short culinary preparations, on products attributes related to easiness and fast of preparation for consumption. Among the wide offer of dinner concentrates, the most popular and most often used are soups, especially powder soup, instant soup and ready to eat after cooking soup. Attributes of dinner concentrates which are looked for consumers are specially: taste, quality, brand and suitable price. Powder soups are used near different occasions and by consumers in different age. Soups are eaten at home, at work, during holidays by teenagers, young families and also older consumers.
