Abstract

Celem artykułu jest przegląd struktur organizacyjnych wykorzystywanych w zarządzaniu projektami. Omówiono takie struktury jak: koncepcja lidera projektów, koncepcja oddziału specjalnego, koncepcja działu współpracy, koncepcja koordynatora projektu ("wpływowa" struktura projektowa), "czysta" struktura projektowa, struktura macierzowa, zleceniowa struktura projektowa, zarządzanie projektem w jednostce funkcjonalnej.
