- Przedmiotem referatu była charakterystyka powszechnie stosowanych form korzystania z obcych środków trwałych oraz ocena konsekwencji wynikających z ich zastosowania. Przedstawione zostały różnice i podobieństwa najczęściej stosowanych sposobów korzystania z obcych składników majątku rzeczowego. W artykule wykorzystana została analiza skutków prawnych, podatkowych i ekonomicznych każdej z omawianych form.
From time immemorial the choice between the property and using extraneous fixed assets has been of analysis for corporations intending to gain fixed assets. The foundation for the decision about using extraneous fixed assets predominating lies in limited financial abilities to acquire fixed assets as possessions. However, sometimes for economical or technological reasons obtaining own fixed assets are somehow less profitable for companies than using extraneous fixed assets. Therefore the important element of decision process is to be conversant with advantages and disadvantages of each forms of using extraneous fixed assets in order to make the choice between possessions and using extraneous means. The aim of this article is the characterization of widely employed forms of using extraneous fixed assets and also evaluation of the consequences of their adaptation. To carry this aim into effect the analysis of legal, tax and economic effects will be used on each form under discussion. (original abstract) - Accessibility
