Abstract
Tworzenie i utrzymywanie przewagi konkurencyjnej przez przedsiębiorstwo możliwe jest przez działania w sferze zasobów ludzkich. Zasobowa teoria przedsiębiorstwa (resource based view of the firm) ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zasobów ludzkich (human resource based view) pomaga wyjaśnić rolę zasobów ludzkich w zdobywaniu przewagi oraz uzyskiwaniu lepszych wyników dziaalności od konkurentów. Artykuł przedstawia różnego rodzaju modele wpływu zzl na wynik działalności firmy.

The creation and maintaining of a competitive advantage by a company is possible through actions in the sphere of human resources. The resource-based view of a company, with special stress on a human resource-based view, helps in explaining the role of human resources in gaining the advantage and achieving better results than the competition. The article present various types of models of the influence of HRM on company activity.(original abstract)
