- Autorka przedstawia problematykę selekcji i jej rolę w pozyskiwaniu pracowników przez przedsiębiorstwo. Podkreślia jej wymiar decyzyjny i procesowy. Przedstawia kolejne etapy procesu selekcyjnego oraz najczęściej stosowane klasyczne i niekonwencjonalne metody selekcji, wskazując szanse odniesienia sukcesu przez kandydata przy wykorzystaniu poszczególnych metod.
The author presents the issue of selection process and its role in acquiring new employees by an enterprise. She puts stress on its decisive and process dimensions/aspects. The following stages of the selection process are described and the most frequently applied classical and unconventional selection methods presented. The author attempts to evaluate chances of a candidate while applying each of these methods.(original abstract) - Accessibility
