Abstract
W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań zróżnicowania zachowań konsumentów w zakresie spożycia herbaty oraz czynniki wpływające na to zróżnicowanie. Materiał do opracowania stanowiły badania ankietowe przeprowadzone w 2004 roku wśród 300 mieszkańców powiatu ostrowskiego. (oryg. streszcz.)

The main objective of this paper was presentation of differentiation of consumer behavior in related to consumption of tea and identification of social and demographic variables which influence these behaviors. Empirical material come from questionnaire researches conducted in 2004 among Ostrów inhabitants. Tea is a very popular drink, and frequency and quantity of consumption depended on social and demographic factors. The most important differences in consumer behavior are related to, among other things, choice of sort of tea, choice of form of tea, additions (sugar, milk), and place of consumption. The f allowing f actors differentiate these behaviors: gender, age and level of incomes. (original abstract)
