- Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie procesu przekształceń własnościowych w Polsce w wybranych monopolach naturalnych na tle ogólnej teorii ekonomii dotyczącej zasad funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw w poszczególnych strukturach rynku. Autor dokonał tego dzięki porównaniu efektów tych przekształceń z optimum danej struktury w której obecnie funkcjonuje badane przedsiębiorstwo.
The paper presents ownership transformations of natural monopolies in Poland, and refers that issue to general economic laws on the functioning of enterprises in different market structures. The author relates the effects of transformations to the highest performance levels that companies could reach within the existing structure. - Accessibility
