- W opracowaniu zaprezentowano zagadnienia związane z funkcjonowaniem w Polsce systemu limitowania produkcji mleka. Podstawowym celem było przedstawienie zmian jakie zaszły w grupie gospodarstw produkujących mleko w pierwszych 2 latach funkcjonowania systemu. (oryg. sytreszcz.)
The article presents issues concerning functioning of the milk quota system in Poland. The main purpose is to present the huge changes that were observed at the dairy farm level in the recent two years within functioning of the milk quota system. In that period wholesale purchases of milk increased by ca. 2 millions tonnes and number of milk suppliers decreased by 60 thousands. Observed changes stand for very significant concentration of milk production and one of the most important factors influencing those changes is the milk quota system.
