- W grudniu 2004 r. Copernicus Capital TFI ostatecznie ogłosiło, że nie udało się zebrać minimalnej ilości zapisów na certyfikaty inwestycyjne funduszu inwestycyjnego Copernicus Private Equity FIZ. Tym samym nie doszedł do skutku pierwszy w Polsce fundusz inwestycyjny typu "fund of funds" inwestujący w private equity.
