- Autorki podjęły próbę przedstawienia realizacji dotychczas obowiązujących uregulowań prawnych, dotyczących nabywania nieruchomości przez cudzoziemców na terenie Pomorza Zachodniego. Badaniem objęły lata 1993-2003.
The purpose of the study conducted is to present the conditions of acquiring real estate by foreign investors in Western Pomerania in 1993-2003 and the scale of the phenomena. The analysis includes all leasehold deeds between Agricultural Property Agency and foreign subjects in Western Pomerania and all sale invoices. There have been about 6670 ha sold in Western Pomerania from 1993 until end of June 2003. Most real estate has been sold to Germans. Agricultural Property Agency signed 198 leasehold deeds with foreigners. (original abstract) - Accessibility
