- Opracowanie przedstawia możliwości wykorzystania programów wykupu kwot mlecznych oraz zarządzania rezerwą kwot mlecznych jako narzędzi mogących wspierać proces restrukturyzacji produkcji mleka. (oryg. streszcz.)
In the article presented milk quota buy-out premiums and National Quota Reserve management as the restructuring measures of dairy production in chosen EU countries. For the research purposes there have been chosen Denmark, Germany, Holland and France. It was concluded that the buy out programs and management rules of the National Quota Reserve may pay a significant role in the process of restructuring of dairy production. Buy out programs were more effective in countries with poor farm structure and where it was the only possible way for transferring the quota between the farms. The most expanded rules for preferential allocation of quota from the national reserve have France and Denmark - countries with very protective policy realized within the milk quota system.
