- Abstract
- Wielkość wskaźnika cen dóbr i usług konsumpcyjnych zależy od zmian cen administrowanych i umownych. W artykule przeanalizowano miesięczne wskaźniki wzrostu cen dóbr i usług konsumpcyjnych w latach 1991-1994, oraz scharakteryzowano strukturę i przyczyny wzrostu wskaźnika cen detalicznych.
The paper contains an analysis concerning an influence of price movements for goods and services upon ruling of retail price index level as well as upon its structure and reasons for increase. In the analyzed years the influence of administered price movements has increased due to their growing importance in the structure of population expenses. Such a situation affects the change to the level of agreed prices and their share in the retail price index. In the analyzed period ruling of retail price index level has been largely affected by price increases of electric energy and gas, as well as by a high dynamism of prices in different sectors of mining with a relatively smaller increase in prices in production activity. Generally, however, in the process of making prices more real dynamism of their increase decreases. In years 1991-1994 took place a great progress towards adapting them to production costs and market conditions. This situation gives real grounds to conclude that in the coming years it should be expected that a continuous progress in decreasing retail price index level will take place and at the same time a decrease in inflation rate.
