Lublin - Abstract
- W artykule omówiono rozwój Lublina w dwudziestoleciu międzywojennym, zwracając uwagę na czynnik geopolityczny (centralne położenie regionu) i czynnik gospodarczy (jego zaplecze o rolniczym charakterze). W przeprowadzonej analizie zaprezentowano znaczący udział przemysłu w rozwoju Lublina II Rzeczpospolitej.
An analysis of available materials proves an important share of industry in growth of Lublin during the 20 years of the interwar period. It was noteworthy that after rebuilding and modernisation of destroyed plants a more modern production potential was founded and it was financed from means of the State and local government. The industry in Lublin was permanently featured by presence of many trades and periodical changes of individual branches in its structure. It met not only local needs of the town and the region of Lublin, but also relatively of the whole national economy. (original abstract) - Accessibility
