- Abstract
- W pracy przedstawiono rolę informacji dodatkowej, która jest nieodłącznym elementem sprawozdania finansowego. Wspominając o projekcie nowej ustawy o rachunkowości, omówiono obowiązujące uregulowania prawne. Przedstawiono także różnice pomiędzy Ustawą o rachunkowości, wymaganiami stawianymi spółkom giełdowym a Międzynarodowymi Standardami Rachunkowości w zakresie informacji ważnych dla inwestora.
The additional information is an inseparable element of the balance sheet.It is now an underpriced source of information on the subject and its activity. The range of the additional information was presented in the annex no 7 of the Act on the Accountancy from 29 of Semptember 1994. The aim of the additional information according to this Act is to complete the balance sheet and balance with the indispensable data and explarations. For many persons who are not connected with the accounting this information is only a set of the insignificant figures but for the receivers it is a very important information about the company that tries to hide it. The divergence of the interests of both sides causes the intensification of their dissatisfaction. (original abstract) - Accessibility
