- Artykuł poświęcony jest twierdzeniu A.K. Sena o niemożliwości skonstruowania funkcji grupowego wyboru przy pewnych naturalnych założeniach oraz pewnej funkcji grupowego wyboru, którego w maksymalnym stopniu uwzględnia indywidualne preferencje.
In article we mention the proof of Sen's theorem about non-existence of a group decision function, which is liberal in relation to two persons. Then we introduce propose by A. Smoluk the group decision function, which to the highest degree regards individual preferences. Finally we proof, that the Florek's inequality related to Smoluk's function is the best estimation.
