- W artykule zaprezentowano koncepcje zarządzania projektem oraz jej wpływ na dynamizowanie struktury organizacyjnych i tym samym podniesienie efektywności funkcjonowania organizacji stanowiącej podstawę do budowania przewagi konkurencyjnej. Autor jako przykład implementacji koncepcji zarządzania projektem przedstawił Mercedes Benz AG, Car Division.
The paper presents one of the management concepts - project management, that has been written after analysing the literature covering this problem and based on the author's experience in this management area. The author describes selected, the most important aspects of project management, presents the organizational structures of project organizations ans shows influence of this concept on dynamic changing of the traditional structures. The last part of the paper contains a short case study of changing the functional structures into the project organization based on experience from Mercedes Benz company.
