Abstract
W artykule przybliżono istotę integracji rynków kapitałowych w Unii Europejskiej. Przedstawiono korzyści i koszty integracji rynków kapitałowych w Unii Europejskiej. Omówiono zagadnienie budowy transgranicznego rynku kapitałowego w Unii Europejskiej (zmiany w sferze regulacyjnej, rozwój i integracja infrastruktury rynków kapitałowych w Unii Europejskiej). Zwrócono uwagę na efekty integracji rynków kapitałowych.
