- Celem pracy jest poszukiwanie odpowiedzi na pytanie: czy spełnienie kryterium formalnej zamiany formy organizacyjno-prawnej przedsiębiorstwa państwowego na państwową spółkę rzeczywiście uruchamia procesy restrukturyzacyjne i czy zasadne jest prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej w formie skomercjonalizowanego przedsiębiorstwa państwowego? The above paper deals with the process of commercialization of state undertakings in Poland. Broadly speaking this process consists in transformy of state undertakings in to companies with 100 procent share of the State. In the light of the Polish law at force commercialisation may but doesnt have, to lead to the change in the proprietary structure of the undertakings concerned. Nowadays in Poland commercialization is rather restored to as can instrument used in order to maintain the presence of state sector in domestic economy. The main objective of the paper is firstly an analysis of the reasons lying behind the commercialization process and secondly can attempt evaluate of the undertakings as seen form the macro and micro-economic perspective.
