- W artykule omówiono proces przekształceń własnościowych w przemyśle meblarskim w latach dziewięćdziesiątych w odniesieniu do całego przemysłu w Polsce. Przedstawiono strukturę własnościową przedsiębiorstw branży meblarskiej i jej wpływ na efektywność funkcjonowania tych przedsiębiorstw na rynku.
The aim of this article is to present and examine ownership transformation process in the Polish furnitury industry. The work has two parties. The first part has been devoted to analysis of the process of structural changes in ownership of the entire Polish industry and on this basis, in furniture industry. It also contains a presentation of a ranking of major foreign investors on the Polish furniture market. Second part presents evaluation of ownership changes in the furniture industry in the 90's. Privately-owned companies produce up 75 procent of the total furniture production in Poland. The aricle examines the issue of scale and scope of transformation and their impact on productivity of the furniture industry. (original abstract) - Accessibility
