- W artykule przedstawiono problematykę japońskich menedżerów, ich pochodzenie i miejsce w historii, kompetencje włączając sposoby ich działania, jak również środowisko pracy. Podkreśla fakt, iż inaczej niż na Zachodzie, w Japonii zarządzanie nigdy nie było w modzie i nie istniały szkoły zarządzania (abstrakt oryginalny).
This article presents questions relating to Japanese managers, their origins and place in history, competencies, including their methods of operation, as well as their work environment. What is stressed is the fact that in Japan, in contrast to the West, management was never in vogue and there were never any management schools. (original abstract) - Accessibility
