Abstract
W artykule omówiono perspektywy modernizacji Narodowej Agencji Pracy i podległych jej placówek na Węgrzech. Autorzy przedstawiają charakterystykę tej instytucji, jej strukturę oraz dane statystyczne. Przedstawione zostają powody modernizacji i wyniki podjętych działań. Głównym założeniem modernizacji była standaryzacja usług Narodowej Agencji Pracy i dostosowanie jej działań do programów i wytycznych Unii Europejskiej oraz zastosowanie podejścia nastawionego na „klienta” – osoby szukające pracy oraz pracodawców.
