- W artykule przedstawiono istotę i znaczenie funduszy wspólnego inwestowania oraz scharakteryzowano ich rodzaje (fundusze zamknięte i otwarte). Opisano również zasady tworzenia i funkcjonowania otwartych funduszy powierniczych.
The paper deals with unit trusts (open-end mutual funds) in Poland. The way how their work is presented as well as their role one the capital market. The paper discusses the rules of creation and operation of unit trusts, the policy of organizations which manage their assets and others which distribute the units.
