- Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie poziomu i struktury wykształcenia ludności wiejskiej oraz tendencji zmian zachodzących w ostatnich latach, jak i również wpływu poziomu wykształcenia na aktywność ekonomiczną ludności.
In this article there are presented the changes of the level and structure education the country people. The results of research confirmed growth of education level the country people, especially higher nonfarming education. In sequel however, there is keeping diversity in the education level to city people advantage, especially visible in the higher and secondary education. The country people education id diverse according to the social-trade structure, gender and age. Higher level of education have nonfarming people, people in mobile, production age and men. The specificity of country job market, defective country education system and the low pace of country versatile development, decides about the weak dynamism of the country people education growth.
